About Phuc Sinh Corporation
Phuc Sinh Corporation is one of Vietnam's leading exporters of premium agricultural commodities — including pepper, coffee, cashew nuts, cassia, star anise, chili, and desiccated coconut — with over 20 years of experience supplying global markets across Europe, the USA, Asia, and beyond. With a strong commitment to quality (BRC, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015 certified) and sustainability (Rainforest Alliance), we are a fast-growing corporation with multiple subsidiaries and factories across Vietnam. Our team is the backbone of everything we do, and we invest in people who are motivated, sharp, and ready to grow with us.
Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Export-Import Documentation Executive to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing the full set of trade documents for our export and import shipments — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission at every step. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the detail-oriented nature of trade documentation, takes pride in getting things right the first time, and can manage multiple shipments at once without losing focus.
