- Job Responsibilities:
- Sales activities including personal training and management:Sales of water treatment equipment, wastewater treatment equipment, chemicals, and related equipment and partsAcquiring business through new customer acquisition and deepening relationships with existing customersUnderstanding customer needs, creating proposals and quotations, conducting price negotiations, and managing all aspects of sales activities up to contract signingBuilding and coordinating relationships with customers, partner companies, and internal departmentsProject management of received orders, including progress tracking, budget control, and delivery date managementPromoting business expansion through market research as well as planning and execution of sales strategiesDeveloping future sales processes, training sales members, and managing the sales teamWorking in collaboration with Japanese staff
