Mô tả công việc
- Working Location: HCM Office & Project sites in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, etc.
- Monthly Salary: 20M ~ 29M VND Gross
- Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate, direct, and monitor subcontractors.
- Control project safety, schedule, quality, and cost.
- Prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Follow up on renovation and maintenance projects.
- Handle other related tasks assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Intermediate English; able to read and understand technical documents in English.
- At least 5 years of construction site experience, preferably in industrial projects.
- Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in industrial projects is an advantage.
- Experience working for a Japanese company is an advantage.
