2+ years in marketing, with that time concentrated in F&B, nightlife, hospitality, or closely adjacent consumer brands.
You've made an intentional career choice to work in F&B or hospitality marketing.
You use AI tools fluently as part of your workflow to automate repetitive execution work.
You think marketing is bigger than discounts and social media.
Hands-on, high ownership and urgency: when something's stuck or off-track, you say so and bring a proposed fix, not just a status update.
Clear, direct communicator. We'd rather hear "this isn't working, here's why" early than find out at the bi-weekly report.
Good creative instincts and comfortable with data: you care how it looks and how it performs.
