1. Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, focusing on lead generation and campaign performance.

• 2. Manage digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Zalo OA, and Website; develop content plans for products, clinical topics, and events.
• 3. Work closely with Sales, Creative teams, agencies, KOLs/KOCs, and doctors to develop relevant digital content and marketing materials.
• 4. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights across Dermocosmetics, Healthcare, and Medical Aesthetics.
• 5. Support new product launches, brand activations, workshops, symposiums, and medical conferences, including pre- and post-event digital communication.
• 6. Track daily digital performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports, with recommendations for campaign and budget optimization.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar Digital Marketing role.
• 3. Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with a data-driven mindset and strong KPI ownership.
• 4. Solid understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital conversion funnels.
• 5. Good content writing and communication skills.
• 6. Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Preferred Competencies
• 1. Experience working in Dermocosmetics, Aesthetics, Personal Care, Healthcare.
• 2. Experience working directly with doctors, clinics, hospitals, aesthetic centers, or healthcare professionals, as well as managing KOLs/KOCs.
• 3. Basic proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) to quickly produce assets for rapid ad testing.
• 4. Good English communication skills.
