You execute the substantive procedures of a workstream with limited supervision and draft the sections of the report that come out of them.

• Execute assigned procedures within a workstream with limited supervision, across:–
• Financial & Tax Due Diligence–
• Valuation–
• Purchase Price Allocation (PPA)–
• Post-Merger Integration (PMI)–
• M&A Advisory
• Draft assigned sections of reports and supporting analyses for review by higher level
• Prepare and follow up on data requests with the client and target management
• Identify findings arising from your procedures and articulate their implications to the engagement tea
