Mô tả công việc
- Prepare submission to get construction permit from Building Management.
- Supervise finishing and interior construction on the site.
- Ensure project schedule always being on time.
- Control quality of the project.
- Avoid the risky by report and proposal solution to superior.
- Other tasks will be assigned by managers.
Yêu cầu
- Age: 25 – 30 years old
- Enthusiastic and proactive.
- Well team working with orientation of resolving matters.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a positive approach to challenges, taking full ownership of project quality.
- Good computer skills at: scheduling (Excel), proposing presentation (Power Point), AutoCAD, …
- Planning skill, schedule management and time management.
- English communication.
- At least 2 years of experience in interior/finishing construction.
- Good mindset of self conciousness planning, operation preparation.
- Logical thinking.
- Gross salary: 17,000,000 – 24,000,000 VND (negotiable basing on candidate’s ability)
