Mô tả công việc
- Achieve individual revenue and team targets.
- Manage end-to-end mass recruitment projects.
- Build candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring delivery.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to meet hiring needs.
- Support business development and client relationship management.
- Ensure recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance are in place.
- Coach and support junior team members.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree with major in Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law or relevant.
- 3-4 years+ of working experience in Mass Recruitment (Manufacturing, Retail,...)
- Experience in agency, RPO, staffing, or outsourcing services is a strong advantage
- Certifications related to HRM (nice to have)
- Growth Mindset and One-Team Mindset.
