Develop and maintain relationships with MOH, DOH, VSS and relevant healthcare authorities.
Represent Hoan My in meetings and forums with regulators.
Act as primary liaison between Hoan My and healthcare authorities.
Monitor healthcare policy and regulatory developments.
Analyze impact on Hoan My.
Provide recommendations to leadership.
Support strategic projects requiring government engagement.
Coordinate regulatory discussions.
Facilitate approvals and stakeholder alignment.
Engage with VSS and related stakeholders.
Monitor SHI developments.
Advise leadership on reimbursement-related matters.
Represent Hoan My in healthcare associations and forums.
Build relationships with industry stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Public Administration, Law, Political Science, Health Economics, or a related.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare regulation, government affairs, public policy, healthcare administration, or a related field.
Proven experience working with key healthcare stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, Provincial Departments of Health, Vietnam Social Security, and other healthcare authorities and associations.
Strong understanding of Vietnam's healthcare regulatory framework, including healthcare policy, regulatory processes, and social health insurance (SHI).
Well-established network within Vietnam's healthcare regulatory landscape.
Previous experience with healthcare providers, government agencies, healthcare associations, public healthcare institutions, or related organizations is preferred.
