- Review drawings, specifications and technical documents; coordinate with relevant disciplines./ Kiểm tra bản vẽ, các yêu cầu, hồ sơ kỹ thuật và phối hợp với các bộ môn liên quan.
- Supervise and coordinate MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and/or HVAC works at project site./ Giám sát và điều phối các hạng mục MEP (Cơ khí, Điện & Plumbing) và/hoặc HVAC tại công trường
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project team to resolve technical issues./ Phối hợp với khách hàng, tư vấn, nhà thầu phụ và đội dự án để xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật.
- Supervise and report installation, inspection, testing & commissioning and project handover./ Giám sát, báo cáo công tác lắp đặt, nghiệm thu, testing & commissioning và bàn giao dự án.
- Ensure works comply with project requirements, quality and HSE standards./ Đảm bảo công việc tuân thủ yêu cầu dự án, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và HSE.
- Support to safety to register workforce from suppilers/ subcontractor when working at Site to make sure compliance with specified requirements at Site if requires/ Hỗ trợ đăng ký thông tin nhân lực của nhà cung cấp/thầu phụ khi ra vào công trường theo quy định của từng Site nếu có yêu cầu
