Mô tả công việc
- Review applicants’ financial information and credit history.
- Verify employment, income, and supporting documents.
- Check loan terms and ensure files meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contact applicants and lenders for missing information.
- Track loan approvals, disbursements, and payments.
- Assist with data entry, scheduling, and customer inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Basic knowledge of finance and credit analysis.
- Strong computer skills and ability to use loan processing software.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
Yêu cầu
- No experience required. Recent graduates and students awaiting graduation are welcome.
- At least 1 year of finance or banking experience is a plus.
- Available for night shifts: 21:00–06:00, Monday–Friday, supporting US business hours.
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in English, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Banking.
- Good English across all four skills, equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ overall and 7.0+ in speaking.
- Able to use Excel and Word.
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- 12 days of paid annual leave.
