• Plan, manage, and execute MES-related projects as part of the Smart Factory and DX roadmap.
• Act as a bridge between Production, IT, Engineering, Quality, and Management to ensure system and business alignment.
• Collect, analyze, and structure manufacturing requirements, and translate them into MES system functions and workflows.
• Support MES testing, validation, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and drive timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and deliver clear weekly project status reports for management review.
• Monitor MES performance after go-live and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support data utilization initiatives to enhance production visibility and operational control.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and change request records.
• Proactively identify project risks and propose effective mitigation plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, project engineering, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, and production data flow.
• Experience or strong interest in Digital Transformation (DX) or Smart Factory initiatives.
• Familiarity with MES / SFC systems is a strong advantage.
• Good project management and documentation skills (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
