Channel management: manage and develop the Modern Trade channel nationwide, including key accounts such as AEON, Emart, LOTTE Mart, Mega Market and other potential MT partners.

• Planning & budgeting: build annual/monthly sales plans, forecasts and budgets; monitor sales, profitability and channel P&L.
• Commercial negotiation: manage relationships and commercial negotiations with MT partners, including contracts, margins, fees, promotions, display locations and business terms.
• In-store execution: plan and execute in-store activities, events and promotions to drive sell-out.
• PG/Promoter management: manage PG/Sales Promoter operations, including manpower planning, productivity and cost control.
• Inventory management: monitor inventory, sell-through and aged stock; coordinate replenishment and stock optimization.
• Business development: identify and develop new accounts, locations and business opportunities for the MT channel.
• Cross-functional coordination: coordinate with Product, Marketing, Sale Admin, HR and other departments to ensure smooth channel operations.

5+ years of experience in Modern Trade / Key Account / Sales, preferably Home Living, Bedding, Furniture or related industries.

• Experience working directly with major supermarket/hypermarket chains.
• Strong skills in sales planning, negotiation, commercial analysis and P&L/cost management.
• Good leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
