Mô tả công việc
- Inquire rates with suppliers and global Rhenus branches for all modes of international transport as well as domestic trucking, and customs services.- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and Rhenus branches- Answer rate requests coming from the global Rhenus network within the timeframe.- Prepare quotes for Rhenus Vietnam sales team using standard templates and formats.- Handover quotes to the operations team- Working closely with the sales team to win new business. Provide input on customer- specific transportation solutions.- Update rate tables in the system- Keep a record of, monitor and follow up on rate requests- Other tasks designed by superior
Yêu cầu
- Knowledge in Import-Export operation, shipping documents and customs procedure- Be a team player, detailed and accurate- Existing relationships with carriers- Sincere and long-term development of the company- At least 03 year-working experience in forwarding company.- Bachelor Degree
