Mô tả công việc
- Organizing resources (workforce, material, equipment).
- Controlling product quality during production process.
- Supervision of good workmanship by operators
- Supervision of production batches
- Preparing products for shipment.
- Managing and care of production materials.
- Reporting non conformities to Quality engineer or line manager.
- Maintaining transducer and production knowledge and production skills.
- Planning, organizing and controlling of the operator’ work.
- Conducting training and briefing on the production line.
- Ensuring safety and hygiene in the production line.
- Supervision of abiding the regulations.
Yêu cầu
- College/ University graduated with major in Technical (electronics, mechanical, mechatronics, industrial management, industrial system engineer ... )
- Preferable: at least 06 months experience in leading a production team (20 operators up).
- Major: industrial management, industrial system engineer not require experience.
- Familiar knowledges with products and manufacturing process.
- Can use Microsoft Office.
- Basic English communication (TOEIC 450 or equal)
- ERP knowledge is preferable
- Motivated to work in production environment.
- Communication and training skills.
- Eager to learn.
- Responsible and accurate.
- Team leading skills.
