- Production Planning & Capacity Management:Formulate and maintain operational production schedules to secure on-time fulfillment of customer commitments.Govern manpower allocation, equipment availability, and tooling resources across metal processing lines.Oversee ERP software data integration and maintain accurate production documentation throughout all manufacturing phases.

- Process Optimization, Safety & Maintenance:Maintain full accountability for workplace safety, KAIZEN principles, and 5S cleanliness guidelines across shopfloor areas.Examine process metrics and operational workflows to lower scrap rates, minimize machine downtime, and optimize setup durations.Lead Lean manufacturing programs and continuously elevate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics.Coordinate preventive and corrective equipment maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted production routines.
- Maintain full accountability for workplace safety, KAIZEN principles, and 5S cleanliness guidelines across shopfloor areas.
