Mô tả công việc
- Prepare preliminary budgets based on concept/design brief
- Perform quantity take-off and develop BOQ from drawings
- Update and control cost plan throughout design stages
- Propose cost optimization (value engineering) solutions
- Prepare tender documents (BOQ, scope of work, tender package)
- Analyze and compare quotations (commercial evaluation)
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Recommend contractor selection
- Monitor actual cost against approved budget
- Manage variations (VO) and cost changes
- Review contractor payment applications
- Control final account and project settlement
- Support Project Leader in overall cost control
- Work with design team on cost-efficient solutions
- Handle commercial issues with contractors.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as a QS
- Experience in retail/fit-out projects is an advantage
- Can communicate in English with foreigners
- Experience in Facilities design for retail stores are a plus
- Able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong governance and risk management mindset.
