• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material issuing, and inventory control.

• Ensure accurate and timely material supply to production lines.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and physical inventory.

• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S standards, environmental requirements, and company policies.

• Lead, train, assign work, and evaluate warehouse staff.

• Coordinate with Production, Production Planning (PPC), Purchasing, Quality, Import & Export, and other related departments.

• Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve operational efficiency.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operation reports for management.
• Salary: USD 800 – 1000 per month, negotiable based on qualifications and relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or team leader experience in managing a raw material warehouse.
• Forklift driving experience
• Experience in the electronics, automotive, electrical equipment, or precision manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company is an advantage.
