- Monthly Salary: Competitive based on qualifications
- Job Responsibilities:Build and implement quality assurance activities according to the ISO9001 standardControl product quality and production processesHandle arising quality issues, respond to customer requirementsCoordinate with related departments to improve quality, meet customer requirementsConduct internal audit activities, respond to customer and third-party auditsMonitor quality KPIsTrain staff and subordinate workersOther tasks as required by Management
- Build and implement quality assurance activities according to the ISO9001 standard
- Control product quality and production processes
- Handle arising quality issues, respond to customer requirements
- Coordinate with related departments to improve quality, meet customer requirements
- Conduct internal audit activities, respond to customer and third-party audits
- Monitor quality KPIs
- Train staff and subordinate workers
- Other tasks as required by Management
Yêu cầu
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Language skills: Business-level English or Japanese (Japanese is prioritized)
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC position in a manufacturing company
- Understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001
- Prior experience in Japanese companies
- Japanese language proficiency is prioritized.
