- Monthly Salary: 28M - 30M VND Gross
- Job Responsibilities:Manage and support the procurement of water treatment equipment, related products, and chemicalsCollect, organize, and analyze purchasing information and pricesCheck market prices and review quotationsNegotiate prices, delivery schedules, and quality with suppliersManage the purchasing process from ordering to delivery and inspectionDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers in the Northern areaManage existing suppliers and procurement activities, mainly for chemicalsIdentify issues in procurement operations and make improvementsCoordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing, delivery, and other related mattersCheck and prepare documents for payment processingSupport and manage team members in daily procurement activities
- Manage and support the procurement of water treatment equipment, related products, and chemicals
- Collect, organize, and analyze purchasing information and prices
- Check market prices and review quotations
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and quality with suppliers
- Manage the purchasing process from ordering to delivery and inspection
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers in the Northern area
- Manage existing suppliers and procurement activities, mainly for chemicals

- Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing, delivery, and other related matters

- Necessary Skills / Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree or aboveLanguage: Business-level EnglishExperience:At least 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasingExperience related to water treatment, chemical products, equipment, or machineryExperience negotiating prices and delivery schedules with suppliersLeadership experience, including training, supporting, and managing the progress of junior team membersBasic skills in Excel and Word
